Service Description

EVTrak provides a mileage tracking service to help Oregon EV owners report out-of-state mileage to the OReGO program. The service uses authorized read-only access to your Tesla account to gather necessary trip and location data.

Limitations of Use

• You must be the authorized user of the Tesla account you connect.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service.

Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of data provided by Tesla or third parties. Your use of EVTrak is at your own risk.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
